AI receptionist pricing

One setup fee, then a flat monthly price.

The monthly price covers running it, watching it and a check every month that it is still doing the job. Pay for a year up front and two months are free. Start with the receptionist, and add billing follow-up if late invoices are the other thing costing you.

An estimate for a typical setup, not a quote. More complex setups can cost more: several locations or numbers, extra integrations, systems without a standard way to connect, or unusual call routing. Custom integrations are quoted separately, and any extra cost is agreed in writing before work starts.

Billing follow-up

Reminders, not debt collection

Kodura is not a debt collector or a collection agency, and billing follow-up is not a debt collection service. Reminders go out in your business's name, for your own invoices, using wording you approve.

Kodura doesn't collect or hold payments, negotiate balances, report to credit bureaus, or contact anyone about a debt owed to another business. You stay responsible for your billing terms and for following the laws that apply to your reminders, including consent to receive text messages. Nothing on this page is legal advice.

Questions

Questions about pricing

What counts as a call minute?

Every minute the AI is on the phone, whether it is answering a call or making a follow-up call. 1,000 minutes a month are included, and each minute over that is $0.35.

Can I pay yearly?

Yes. Pay for a year up front and you get two months free: $9,950 a year for the receptionist instead of $11,940, and $3,950 a year for billing follow-up instead of $4,740. Minutes over the 1,000 a month included are still billed monthly, at $0.35 each.

What does the setup fee cover?

Mapping how your calls are handled today, writing the call flows and the knowledge the receptionist answers from, connecting it to your number and one scheduling or CRM system, and testing it with real calls before it answers a customer.

When would it cost more?

The prices cover a typical setup. Several locations or numbers, extra integrations, systems without a standard way to connect, or unusually complex call routing can add cost. Custom integrations are quoted separately, and any extra cost is agreed in writing before work starts.

Is Kodura a debt collector?

No. Billing follow-up sends reminders for your own invoices, in your business's name, using wording you approve. Kodura doesn't collect or hold payments, negotiate balances or report to credit bureaus.
